Hi! My name is Katherine.
I am currently the COO of ENS Labs. Since inception, ENS has been focused on improving the web3 user experience. Today, ENS is more than a protocol - it's a commitment to a better web, built for everyone. The mission of ENS remains the same: to make web3 friendlier, more collaborative, delightful, and trustworthy.
I also spend time as a Venture Partner at Archetype, an early stage focused venture capital firm focused on investing in the decentralized future. Archetype leads rounds in early-stage crypto startups and is an emerging hub as the center of NYC crypto- and actively maintains mempool.nyc, a directory for all NYC-based crypto startups and events.
I care a lot about lowering the barriers to entry into crypto by way of education and spend a lot of time thinking about how to build a more inclusive future within web3.

in my spare time, i’m a huge gamer (playstation + switch) and spend a lot of time playing open-world single player rpgs (all-time favs: botw + totk, rdr2, persona 5 royal, ghost of tsushima, hades, and many many more). i have lived in nyc for the past 11 years (going on 12!), but i grew up moving between california, kunming, and hong kong. i am fluent in english and mandarin.
